Installation of operating systems, email office software, anti-virus and linking them to the host network if any. In consulting companies, these representatives are often required to travel to users to assit them on-site but may nowadays also do so remotely with the aid of software and remote-conferencing. The next step in this person's career is either into server administration or sales if working for a consulting company.e.g:
