IT - Support Call Centre (Inbound), Helpdesk

Call centre agents in general. In the IT industry we categorise this as Software or hardware support, helpdesk. These people do the first- and second level support telephonically, logs and categorises the problem which may result in a person being sent to the client to fix the problem on site. Excellent telephone and people skills are required. A knowledge of the business area in which your product is like health, property, accounting etc. is also beneficial.e.g:
